Born in Tacoma, Washington, “The City of Destiny,” Marla was destined to move to Los Angeles where she shoots her arrow of love on a daily basis as a professional matchmaker, helping countless couples connect with their soul mates.

Like any self-respecting New Age Angelino, Marla works out religiously, imbibes green juice, practices yoga, is vegan, recites affirmations, and employs the Law of Attraction to help manifest her dreams.

Yet a frantic search for a discarded Buddha statuette that her adoring husband suddenly can’t live without sends Marla through the door of The Imagine Center and into a spiritual sojourn that changes everything.

Drawn by mystical energy, she convinces her willing but skeptical friend, Julie to join her in some classes on attracting abundance. Soon the charismatic Goddess Tauheedah schools them in all things mystical.

Jennifer Noel Taylor, CEO of Quantum-Touch and author of Love Incorporated: The Business of Doing What You Love, dedicates her life to helping people discover the healing power of love.

Jennifer is an energy healing practitioner and a self-help motivator.

She innately knew that she had a purpose and felt keenly aware that she was not following her true calling… in life.

To cope with the social isolation and depression she felt at work, she studied bodywork and alternative healing.

She attended the International Professional School of Bodywork, Esalen Institute in Big Sur, and the Maui Academy of Healing Arts.

While working on people, she started to feel the “energy fields” emanating from people.

She became fascinated by energy healing and studied various energy healing modalities, including Reiki.

She met Richard Gordon, the founder of Quantum-Touch at his lecture on Maui. She fell in love with the vision of Quantum-Touch and received a very clear message from the Universe that energy healing was her true calling.

Richard Gordon, founder of Quantum-Touch Organization, is a visionary and a pioneer. With 37 years of experience in the field of energy medicine, Richard is the best-selling author of Quantum-Touch: The Power to Heal, now published in 17 languages, and ‘Your Healing Hands - The Polarity Experience’.

While attending Christos School of Natural Healing in Taos, New Mexico in the 70’s, Richard discovered the power of working with energies and hands-on healing.

This work led to a wide range of further discoveries as Richard began to explore all the energies around his hands. He eventually met an awe-inspiring healer named Bob Rasmussen, who had an extraordinary ability to heal people’s bodies with his hands.

Richard began apprenticing with him and this is how his work was born.

Richard founded Quantum-Touch organization more than 16 years ago. The organization currently has more than 1,400 certified practitioners in 50+ countries around the globe.

Jessica started a daily Ashtanga Yoga practice in 1994 while studying as an Exchange Student at the University of Adelaide in Australia. In 2004, she moved to Encinitas with her family and studied with Tim Miller.

Over the last 14 years she has made several trips to Mysore, India, to study with Guruji, Sharath and Saraswati and has been granted a Teaching Authorization Certificate from the KPJAYI in Mysore.

Because of her other career and parenting commitments, she teaches yoga selectively and for limited periods of time, including short workshops and private instruction.

She is a nature-loving, yoga-doing, mother of two who loves travel and adventure, positive people, music, dancing, reading, and the simple pleasures in life.

She’s an advocate of organic agriculture and has 19 years’ experience in organic certification.

Four years ago, Jessica suffered a major spinal injury. While initially this caused a lot of fear and pain, it actually ended up bringing more joy to her practice, to her teaching, and to her life.
