Nancy was diagnosed with Alzheimer's late last year. Just a few days after the diagnosis, Nancy began waking up in the early morning hours compelled to write. The result of her new-found obsession is a book. It is a series of poems depicting her experiences and challenges since receiving the diagnosis of Alzheimer's.

The book called Blue.River.Apple. The title stems from the three words she was given as a test for Alzheimer's. Obviously, she failed that test, but not the fight.

When her youngest child was diagnosed with Asperger’s Syndrome, High Functioning Autism, Tami spent the next few years in a tailspin trying to find ways to help her daughter. She watched in amazement as a more holistic, all natural approach did what no western medicine techniques could accomplish. Some of those approaches included various techniques to stimulate the sense of touch.

Tami started by studying Reiki Therapy. Reiki a Japanese word meaning universal life energy. The first part Rei, refers to our spiritual dimension or soul. The second part Ki, means vital life or energy. This ancient natural method of healing touches the body without physically touching the body. (How else do you connect with a child who feels pain when you touch them?)

Tami became so fascinated with the benefits provided by Massage Therapy and CranioSacral Therapy she decided to become certified and is currently State and Nationally certified in Therapeutic Massage, Bodywork and in CranioSacral Therapy. Her daughter’s Functioning Recovery is maintained by a Sensory Lifestyle and CranioSacral Therapy.

Cindy’s 20-year experience in the corporate world as a sales professional, sales trainer, sales coach and AVP with JPMorgan Chase, made one thing clearly evident, that helping others grow their business was a gift she was born with.

As a quirky, rule breaker, change maker and a light to all that know her - her moving stories of being born with a rare birth defect, wealthy at times, abused, homeless at 17, on occasion very rebellious and eventually self-loved.

She shines a bright light in a fun filled loving way in all she does; she loves to sprinkle her stories in her teachings. One thing she learned along the way was that never giving up, moving forward and laughing was the journey to find herself, spirit and her true calling, healing businesses.

**New Year's Resolution Special**

Chris Alexandria grew up near the ocean on the Eastern Shore of Delaware. Following a transformative journey to Glastonbury, England more than a decade ago, she embarked on a personal journey to pursue her dream. Chris has since become a leading authority on angels and their healing powers. An Archangel Enlightenment Therapist, Soul Coach, Reiki Master, and Crystal Therapist, she has designed and inspired Angel Chatter products to promote her mission of empowering others.

In ASKFIRMATIONS, Make affirmations more effective by using powerful questions, Chris Alexandria, renowned for helping others to empower themselves to explore their greatest potential, explains that there’s much more to the universal law of attraction than just simply looking at images, words or phrases to help you get the life you desire.

It doesn’t take much, but it does require a bit of retraining of your mind’s process. That’s where Chris’s Askfirmations method can come to the rescue by teaching you to just ask for that life you want, using positive, present-tense language that the universe is forced to respond in your favor. All you have to do is prepare yourself to be open and begin receiving it.

Robert Kopecky is an Emmy-nominated art director and the author of "How to Survive Life (and Death)," the story of his three 'near death experiences,' and what he learned from them. He designed the credits for Showtime’s Weeds and he art directs the PBS children’s show Word World. He contributes to Evolver.net, NewBuddhist.com, TheMindfulWord, and Gaia.com, among others. He lives in Brooklyn with his wife, Sue Pike, the Animal Talker.

His journeys - from the remote South Pacific to the capitals of Europe to the deserts of Arizona and the canyons of New York City - were punctuated by three dramatic "Near Death Experiences." Interspersed through a life of professional successes and personal setbacks, and his own "dark nights of the soul," the three NDEs, and the subsequent need for answers, led him to years of study and meditation.

Elements of Hinduism, Buddhism, Taoism, Gnostic Christianity, physics, philosophy and more, have contributed to his unique transpersonal realizations about life and death. All of which inspired the calling to write his direct, humorous transformational prose, and to joyfully pass along all the lessons he's learned - obviously the hard way.
